Metafuture is an educational think-tank that helps individuals, organizations, and governments explore and create alternative and preferred futures.
Rooted in the field of Futures studies, we combine research, teaching, public speaking, and facilitated workshops to challenge the default future and design meaningful, transformative pathways forward.
Dr. Sohail Inayatullah
Dr. Ivana Milojević
Dr. Ivana Milojević is a futurist, researcher, and educator with a PhD in Education. Her work spans sociology, gender, peace, and futures studies, and she is the Director of Metafuture and Metafuture School. Her research focuses on futures education and critical approaches to social change.
Adam Sharpe
Adam Sharpe is a strategist and futures practitioner. He is the founder of Futurely, a Next Generation Foresight Practitioners awardee, and a member of the Asia Pacific Futures Network.
Eva Oloumi
Eva Oloumi is the Creative Director at Metafuture.org and the founder and practice lead of Paradeigma. Her work includes award-winning projects that address critical global issues.
Rachael Smith
Rachael Smith is a foresight practitioner and educator. Through The Education Futurist, she develops practical approaches to help organisations explore alternative and preferred futures.
Abdul Wahab
Abdul Wahab is an information technology specialist. His expertise includes data science, user experience research, and digital systems, alongside experience in digital media and visual communication.
Irena Durmišević
Irena Durmišević is an architect and designer. She is an engineer and researcher whose work connects design, contemporary engineering, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
