Biography

Dr. Ivana Milojević is a futurist, researcher, and educator whose work sits at the intersection of futures studies, education, and social change. With a PhD in Education, she brings a deep understanding of how learning, culture, and worldviews shape what people consider possible — and how these assumptions influence the futures they build.

Her research and writing engage themes such as gender, peace, social inclusion, and transformative change. She is especially known for making complex futures thinking accessible and applicable — whether through academic work, facilitation, or public engagement — helping diverse audiences move from default assumptions toward intentional, values-based future making.

As the Director of Metafuture and Metafuture School, Dr. Milojević co-leads programs, workshops, and learning initiatives designed to expand imagination and strengthen foresight practice. Her approach combines intellectual depth with clarity and warmth, creating space for reflection, critical inquiry, and practical action.
